Ce stage vous place au cœur de la transition réglementaire du Club Med en accompagnant la mise en place du premier rapport de durabilité sous la directive CSRD. Vous serez chargé de la collecte, de la consolidation et de l’analyse des données ESG auprès de divers contributeurs internes, tout en participant activement à la rédaction et à la mise à jour des outils de pilotage de la performance extra-financière du groupe.

Ce rôle est crucial car il transforme la donnée brute en un levier stratégique pour piloter les engagements environnementaux et sociaux de l’entreprise. En travaillant sur le projet Scale up Happy to Care, vous contribuez directement à l’intégration de la durabilité dans l’expérience client et opérationnelle de près de 70 resorts à travers le monde, assurant ainsi la transparence et l’exemplarité du leader des vacances tout compris.

What are the main missions and responsibilities of this role?

The intern will play a central role in transitioning to the CSRD framework by mapping data gaps and coordinating with internal stakeholders to collect ESG metrics. Beyond technical reporting, you will support operational CSR initiatives.
