Questo ruolo consiste nel supportare direttamente la Direttrice CSR nel pilotaggio della strategia di sostenibilità del gruppo. Ti occuperai della raccolta e dell’analisi dei dati di performance, animando al contempo il percorso presso i collaboratori attraverso azioni di sensibilizzazione e strumenti di comunicazione interna. The primary focus involves data consolidation and analysis across social and environmental metrics for the entire group. You will act as a central point for gathering sustainability indicators from various operational units to build comprehensive dashboards and reporting packages. Beyond data, you will be responsible for internal animation, creating content and organizing workshops to embed CSR culture within the workforce. This includes supporting the response to client questionnaires and ensuring that the group’s sustainability commitments are well-evidenced during tender processes.
