Ce poste vous place au pilotage des enjeux de santé, sécurité et de responsabilité sociétale pour les trois entités du Groupe ATA. Vous assurez la conformité réglementaire et l’application des standards ISO tout en coordonnant les plans d’action opérationnels sur les sites normands. Votre quotidien consiste à transformer les directives de la direction en réalités concrètes sur le terrain, de la gestion des déchets à la sécurité des équipes logistiques et pharmaceutiques.

What are the main missions and responsibilities of this role?

The selected individual will oversee the entire HSE and CSR policy across three distinct business units. This involves conducting regulatory monitoring, managing the internal documentation system, and ensuring that all operations align with ISO 14001 and 45001 standards. You will be expected to define clear objectives for environmental performance and safety while ensuring these goals are understood at every level of the organization. Operationally, the role includes technical and methodological support for managers, handling non-conformities, and managing reporting through performance indicators. You will also be in charge of mandatory ecological declarations such as GEREP and the corporate carbon footprint (Bilan Carbone). Beyond compliance, you will animate project groups to foster a proactive CSR culture among employees.

You will also interface with clients during audits and occasionally with suppliers to ensure they meet the group's CSR and quality requirements.
