Preguntas frecuentes

The selected individual will oversee the entire HSE and CSR policy across three distinct business units. This involves conducting regulatory monitoring, managing the internal documentation system, and ensuring that all operations align with ISO 14001 and 45001 standards. You will be expected to define clear objectives for environmental performance and safety while ensuring these goals are understood at every level of the organization. Operationally, the role includes technical and methodological support for managers, handling non-conformities, and managing reporting through performance indicators. You will also be in charge of mandatory ecological declarations such as GEREP and the corporate carbon footprint (Bilan Carbone). Beyond compliance, you will animate project groups to foster a proactive CSR culture among employees.

Oportunidades clave de aprendizaje en este puesto

This position offers significant exposure to the pharmaceutical logistics sector, which is subject to high-level quality and safety standards. You will master the specifics of ICPE (Installation Classée pour la Protection de l'Environnement) regulations and broaden your skills in CSR labeling and certification processes. Working within a growing group allows for the implementation of Lean Management techniques applied to sustainability. You will also gain experience in multi-entity management, learning how to adapt a unified group strategy to the specific operational needs of transport and pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.

Candidates should hold at least a Bachelor's degree (Bac+2/3) in HSE, though a specialized Master's degree in health, safety, and environment or risk management is preferred. A minimum of three years of experience in risk prevention is essential to demonstrate the technical maturity required for this senior-level responsibility. Beyond technical expertise, we look for cross-functional leadership skills. Proficiency in office software and a deep understanding of ISO frameworks are mandatory. The ideal profile combines analytical rigor with the ability to communicate persuasively and mobilize teams around change management initiatives.

To stand out, emphasize your prior experience with ICPE regulations or pharmaceutical environments, as these are highly relevant to ATA's operations. Mention specific instances where you successfully transitioned a company from simple compliance to a proactive CSR engagement strategy. Since the role requires federation, prepare to discuss your approach to internal communication and how you handle resistance to change. Demonstrating a results-oriented mindset through examples of KPI improvements in your previous roles will be highly valued by the hiring team.

The sustainability focus is deeply integrated into operational efficiency. Key areas include decarbonization of the transport fleet, waste management optimization, and energy savings within temperature-controlled warehouses. The CSR component focuses on making the business model more resilient and attractive through labeling. Socially, the role addresses workplace health and safety in high-stakes environments like cold-chain transport and pharmaceutical handling. You will also work on the social pillar through the employee mobility plan and by fostering a culture of shared responsibility for environmental impact.

One of the primary challenges will be unifying the HSE/CSR culture across three entities with different operational constraints—from urgent transport to pharmaceutical manufacturing. You will need to balance strict regulatory compliance with the flexible needs of a service-oriented business. Maintaining momentum for CSR initiatives while managing the daily administrative and technical requirements of HSE is another hurdle. You might face the challenge of engaging operational staff who are focused on productivity, necessitating a highly diplomatic and pedagogic approach.

A typical day might begin with a site walk-through to review safety protocols or audit waste sorting areas. You would then transition to an analytical phase, updating the regulatory watch or documenting technical reports to ensure the company remains compliant with environmental authorities like the DREAL. Afternoons are often dedicated to project management and meetings. This could involve leading a working group on energy efficiency, discussing carbon footprint results with the management team, or providing technical guidance to a site manager regarding a non-conformity. Communication is a constant thread, whether internally with employees or externally with clients and auditors.

As a key actor in the group's transformation, success in this role could lead to broader management responsibilities within the Quality, HSE, and CSR department. You could potentially lead larger-scale organizational transitions or specialize further in pharmaceutical compliance. Given the group's expansion, there is also potential to take on more strategic roles involving supply chain sustainability and CSR leadership at a regional or national level, depending on the group's future growth and your ability to deliver measurable performance improvements.

Principales interlocutores con los que interactuaría

You will report directly to General Management while acting as a vital link for site managers and field employees across the three entities. Your role is inherently transversal, requiring frequent interaction with Logistics and Pharma operations managers to align HSE standards with production. Externally, you will be the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities (such as DREAL or ANSM), professional bodies, and certification auditors. You will also interface with clients during audits and occasionally with suppliers to ensure they meet the group's CSR and quality requirements.
