Preguntas frecuentes

The apprentice will be responsible for centralizing and synthesizing all activities related to Corporate Social Responsibility and Quality of Life and Working Conditions. This involves refining existing improvement axes and ensuring that these initiatives are consistently followed across different departments. You will also take an active role in monitoring performance indicators and proposing practical actions to be implemented. A significant part of the role includes animating internal working groups to ensure that CSR and QVCT topics are integrated transversally across the organization's daily operations.

Oportunidades clave de aprendizaje en este puesto

This role offers a unique opportunity to understand how sustainability is integrated into a high-volume industrial setting. You will gain hands-on experience with international management standards such as ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 while learning to balance environmental goals with economic constraints. Furthermore, you will develop expertise in HR digitalization and CSR management tools. By analyzing the practices of sister companies within the global NTN group, you will learn how to benchmark and adapt international best practices to a local manufacturing context.

The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+5) specialized in CSR, Human Resources, or QEHS. You should possess a strong analytical mind and the ability to observe industrial processes critically to identify areas for social and environmental improvement. Technical proficiency in English and Excel (VBA) is highly valued, and an interest in applying AI tools to CSR processes would be a distinct advantage. Soft skills like autonomy, rigorous organization, and a collaborative spirit are essential for succeeding in this cross-functional role.

To stand out, demonstrate your understanding of the automotive industry's specific challenges, particularly regarding decarbonization and employee retention. Show how your dual interest in 'hard' environmental management and 'soft' HR topics makes you the right bridge between these departments. Tailor your application by mentioning your ability to use data (like VBA or AI) to simplify complex reporting. Since the role involves animating working groups, highlight any previous experience where you had to lead a project or coordinate stakeholders with differing priorities.

The focus is heavily weighted toward social impact and energy management. Given the site’s existing ISO 50001 certification and its nature as a forging and production facility, energy efficiency and the reduction of the carbon footprint of manufacturing are central themes. On the social side, the role emphasizes QVCT (Quality of Life and Working Conditions). This means you will likely work on projects related to workplace ergonomics, employee mental health, professional development, and the overall 'social climate' within an intense production environment.

One of the primary challenges will be implementing impactful CSR actions within a constrained economic environment. In the competitive automotive sector, you must justify the ROI of sustainability and well-being initiatives to various stakeholders. Additionally, transversalization can be difficult in a structured industrial hierarchy. Breaking down silos between the 'Quality/Environment' teams and 'Human Resources' teams to create a unified CSR voice will require persistence and excellent communication skills.

A typical day might begin with a site walkthrough to observe ongoing QVCT initiatives on the production floor, followed by a meeting with the HR team to consolidate social indicators. You might spend the afternoon researching new digital tools for tracking CSR data. Later in the day, you could be facilitating a workshop with employees from different departments to brainstorm new sustainability actions. The day often concludes with preparing training materials or reports to share progress with your tutors in the Quality and HR directorates.

This apprenticeship serves as a significant career accelerator for roles such as CSR Manager, QEHS Coordinator, or HR Project Manager. The exposure to both technical environmental standards and strategic HR management is a rare and highly sought-after combination in the job market. Internal growth within the NTN Group is also a possibility, as you will be interacting with global sister companies. Success in this role demonstrates an ability to manage change in complex industrial environments, which is a key competency for future sustainability leaders.

You will operate at the intersection of the Quality, Environment, and Competitiveness directorate and the Human Resources department. This dual reporting line ensures you have a 360-degree view of the company’s operations. External interactions may include other NTN group entities for benchmarking and sharing best practices. Internally, your most important stakeholders are the 730+ employees on-site, as you will be the primary animator for the working groups driving their daily quality of life and the company's social commitment.
