This role is about structuring and rolling out the Corporate Social Responsibility strategy at an industrial SME specialized in human protection equipment. As the right hand to the Group CSR Manager, you’ll take charge of tracking ESG indicators, producing the carbon footprint assessment, and running cross-functional working groups to embed sustainable practices across the production sites for the long term.
The challenge is turning theoretical commitments into concrete action in a sector with demanding regulatory requirements. Working at PIERCAN means acting on the circular economy and reducing the environmental footprint of technology products that are essential to healthcare and research. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the transparency and non-financial performance of a global industrial leader.
This suits someone who is autonomous and rigorous, with some initial experience in an industrial setting, able to translate complex data into levers for innovation and to engage multidisciplinary teams around shared sustainability goals.
