This role is about implementing decarbonization initiatives across Pandora’s global production operations in Thailand. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of low-carbon projects, from measuring GHG footprints under the GHG Protocol to exploring new sustainable technologies. A major part of the job is internal engagement, running training programs that embed an environmental culture among thousands of employees.
Working for the world’s largest jewelry maker means your actions directly shape the decarbonization of a complex value chain. As Pandora commits to cutting emissions in half by 2030, this role acts as a technical and cultural bridge between local manufacturing excellence and global science-based targets. You’ll make sure the shift to recycled precious metals goes hand in hand with optimal energy efficiency.
This suits someone who has solid technical expertise in carbon accounting and supply chain sustainability, is comfortable navigating between international standards and on-the-ground operational realities, and can lead and engage a wide range of stakeholders.
