Based at the Group’s headquarters in Lyon, you will steer the sustainability strategy for a vast network of over 80 event venues, ranging from convention centers to major stadiums. Your primary focus will be harmonizing CSR performance across diverse sites by supporting local coordinators, facilitating the sharing of best practices, and driving operational circular economy initiatives. You will act as the central pivot for extra-financial performance and the key architect for maintaining high-level environmental standards across the portfolio.
This role matters because large-scale events have a significant environmental footprint, and your work directly influences the decarbonization and waste management of iconic locations like the Stade de France. By implementing rigorous ISO 20121 certification standards and climate adaptation strategies, you ensure that these cultural and economic hubs remain resilient and responsible in their local territories. You are essentially turning high-traffic venues into laboratories for sustainable operational excellence.
This suits someone who blends technical expertise in environmental systems with the interpersonal agility needed to lead a decentralised network. You should be a proactive problem-solver comfortable navigating the fast-paced world of international event management.
