Ce poste convient parfaitement à une personne polyvalente possédant une première expérience réussie, capable de passer de la conception graphique sur Adobe à l’analyse de performance extra-financière avec aisance et rigueur.

FAQ del ruolo

What are the main missions and responsibilities of this role?

The successful candidate will lead the CSR labeling renewal for the group, ensuring that environmental, social, and economic performance metrics are consistently improved and documented. This involves the creation of a comprehensive annual CSR report and the development of internal training modules to embed these values within the workforce. On the communication side, you will be responsible for the production of multi-channel content, from digital tools to event planning and public relations. You will manage the entire project lifecycle, including budget monitoring, supplier negotiations, and the evaluation of communication impact to ensure alignment with the group's strategic objectives.

Key learning opportunities for this job

This position offers a unique chance to master the CSR certification process within the specialized infrastructure and energy sector. You will gain deep insights into how a medium-sized enterprise translates global ESG standards into operational reality across multiple regional sites. Additionally, you will refine your technical creative skills by applying tools like Adobe Creative Cloud to industrial and sustainability storytelling. The dual nature of the role ensures you develop a balanced profile between creative marketing and rigorous extra-financier reporting.

How does the ideal candidate look like (experience, skills)?

The ideal profile combines a background in communication with a strong interest or specialization in corporate social responsibility. You should possess excellent writing skills and a natural ability to synthesize complex technical information into engaging content for diverse audiences. Technical proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or Illustrator is highly valued, as it allows for internal production of visual assets. Since the role requires interacting with various sites across Brittany, a proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a valid driver's license are essential requirements.

Advice to stand out and make a successful application

To stand out, demonstrate your ability to bridge the gap between technical construction activities and sustainability narratives. Show examples where you have simplified complex industrial topics for a general audience or where you have successfully implemented employee engagement initiatives. Researching the group's current safety culture and its specific brands will show genuine interest. Highlighting any experience with CSR frameworks or labels specifically applicable to the French construction or energy sectors will give you a significant competitive advantage during the interview process.

What aspects of the company's sustainability is this role likely to focus on?

The role will focus heavily on workforce safety and prevention, which is a core pillar of the company's identity and its partnership with OPPBTP. You will be instrumental in promoting a culture of shared vigilance among the 560 employees spread across various technical sites. Environmental focus will likely involve energy efficiency and local impact, given the company's core business in electrical networks and hydraulic engineering. You will be tasked with highlighting how the group's industrial activities contribute to the ecological transition and local territorial development in the West of France.

What are the main challenges someone in this role might face?

One of the primary challenges will be engaging field-based employees in CSR initiatives who may feel removed from corporate reporting. Translating high-level sustainability goals into concrete, daily actions that resonate with technicians and site managers requires significant diplomacy and creative thinking. Managing the cross-functional nature of the role is another challenge, as you will need to gather data and stories from multiple brands and sites within the group. Balancing the immediate deadlines of communication projects with the long-term documentation required for CSR labeling will require exceptional time management.

How could a typical day look like for someone in this position?

A typical day might begin with a team coordination meeting to review ongoing communication projects, followed by a session designing graphics for an upcoming internal event or partnership announcement. You might spend the afternoon interviewing a site manager to gather content for the annual CSR report. Later in the day, you might switch to analytical tasks, such as updating CSR performance indicators or reaching out to suppliers to ensure their services align with the group's responsible purchasing policy. The day often ends with planning social media updates or internal newsletters to share the group’s latest progress.

What are the opportunities for professional growth and development in this role?

As the group continues to expand its 11 sites and 6 brands, this role offers the potential to evolve into a dedicated CSR Manager or a Communications Director position. You will build a rare dual-competency profile that is increasingly in demand as CSR becomes mandatory for medium-sized companies. Exposure to executive leadership through the reporting and labeling process provides high visibility within the organization. This proximity to decision-makers can lead to opportunities for managing larger strategic projects or overseeing specialized sustainability departments as the group’s ESG maturity grows.

The main stakeholders you might be interacting with

You will report directly to the Head of Communication and Projects and work closely with the management of the six different brands within the Le Du ecosystem. Internally, your primary stakeholders are the employees you seek to engage and the HR teams you collaborate with on social initiatives. Externally, you will interact with suppliers, subcontractors, and labeling bodies to ensure compliance and project success. You will also manage relationships with local partners and public relations contacts to maintain the group's reputation within the Brittany region.
