Ce poste en alternance propose une immersion complète au cœur de la Direction RSE d’un leader de la protection sociale. En tant que bras droit opérationnel, vous participerez activement au pilotage de la stratégie durable du groupe. Votre quotidien consistera à coordonner des projets transverses, à suivre les plans d’actions auprès des différentes entités et à préparer des supports de communication pour valoriser les engagements de l’entreprise.

What are the main missions and responsibilities of this role?

The apprentice will be responsible for supporting the implementation and monitoring of the Group's CSR strategy. This involves coordinating cross-functional projects across various business units and ensuring that local action plans are effectively tracked. Reporting and communication form a core part of the workload. You will prepare internal and external communication materials and help manage CSR performance indicators to ensure the group meets its sustainability targets and transparency requirements. Additionally, you will conduct market benchmarks and analytical research focusing on environmental and social trends within the social protection sector to keep the Group’s strategy competitive and relevant.
