This role centers on orchestrating Envalior’s global social and governance strategy. You will take charge of the Social and Governance subcommittee, ensuring that these pillars are not just concepts but integrated parts of the company’s operating model. Beyond day-to-day coordination, you will be the architect of new ESG reporting and rating systems, building frameworks for Ecovadis and UN Global Compact from the ground up to meet rigorous CSRD standards.
In the chemical manufacturing sector, the ‘S’ and ‘G’ in ESG are often overshadowed by environmental metrics, but this role places them at the forefront. You will be responsible for defining how a newly formed global powerhouse treats its people and governs its ethics. By leading the social chapter of the sustainability report, you provide the high-level visibility needed to ensure ethical governance and social impact are central to the brand’s identity as it scales.
This suits someone who possesses a pioneering spirit and enjoys the challenge of building structures where none exist. You should be a skilled communicator capable of navigating complex international stakeholder landscapes while maintaining a sharp focus on analytical reporting and regulatory compliance.
