Ce poste d’alternant est une immersion complète au cœur de la Direction Développement Durable de Moët Hennessy. Vous soutiendrez activement le déploiement opérationnel du programme Living Soils Living Together à travers la création de contenus, la gestion de partenariats stratégiques et l’animation des communautés de formation internes. Votre quotidien sera rythmé par la préparation de rapports annuels et la coordination d’événements majeurs pour sensibiliser les collaborateurs et les partenaires externes.

What are the main missions and responsibilities of this role?

The apprentice will be a key support for the Living Soils Living Together program, assisting directors on engagement and corporate social responsibility. A major part of the role involves high-level content creation for sustainability reports and external presentations. You will be responsible for the 2026 Sustainability Highlights report and will assist in tracking ESG performance through PowerBI scorecards, ensuring the global sustainability strategy remains on target across various international markets. Operational support is also central, involving the organization of significant events like the ChangeNOW Summit and helping manage internal training programs such as the Climate Fresk and Living Soils workshops.

Working within the LVMH ecosystem provides exposure to luxury-grade ESG standards. Bilingual proficiency in French and English is mandatory given the international scope of Moët Hennessy’s operations. You should demonstrate a rigorous approach to data and project management, combined with the creativity needed to design engaging training materials.

A typical day might begin with a team meeting to review the progress of the Sustainability Highlights report, followed by a session to update the PowerBI scorecard for a specific Maison. Your afternoon could be dedicated to content creation, such as drafting a post for social media or designing a presentation for an upcoming international sustainability summit. You might also coordinate with internal trainers for workshops.

The main stakeholders you might be interacting with

You will interact daily with the Global Sustainability Team, specifically the Directors of Engagement and CSR. Internal stakeholders include the Sustainability Managers within the different Houses like Krug or Hennessy. Externally, you will represent the brand when dealing with NGO partners, sustainability consultants, and event organizers. Engaging with the community of internal trainers is also a vital part of the role’s influence.
