You will lead the due diligence that turns a promising solution into an investable venture. That means building the financial models, testing scenarios and returns, and designing the capital stack. You will also own the relationships with asset owners, co-funders and investors who make those numbers real, starting with a confidential infrastructure-linked venture in the Inclusive Economies and Climate portfolio.
The Conduit is laying the foundations for its first purpose-led spin-outs, so this role shapes how it builds ventures from scratch. Your work will decide whether an emerging urban climate adaptation coalition can attract the capital it needs, and the due diligence playbook you write will guide every venture after it.
This suits someone with 6 or more years in infrastructure finance, energy, impact investing or venture building, who is equally at home in a financial model and in a room full of investors.
