Ce stage au sein de l’équipe Global Procurement vous place au cœur de l’optimisation des processus de production pour les 180 sites mondiaux de HEINEKEN. Vous serez chargé de cartographier les flux opérationnels, d’identifier les goulets d’étranglement et de soutenir la gouvernance des fournisseurs, tout en gérant les tableaux de bord Power BI essentiels au pilotage de la performance.

L’enjeu est de taille : vous contribuerez activement à la stratégie Brew a Better World, particulièrement sur le volet de la gestion de l’eau. En travaillant sur le Water Acceleration Project, vous aidez le groupe à réduire son empreinte hydrique dans des zones de stress hydrique, transformant des données d’achats en actions concrètes de préservation environnementale.

Ce poste convient parfaitement à un étudiant en Master Supply Chain ou Business doté d’un fort esprit analytique et d’une volonté d’appliquer des concepts de gestion contractuelle à des défis climatiques urgents à l’échelle internationale.

What are the main missions and responsibilities of this role?

The core of this role involves optimizing supplier engagement and internal workflows within the Global Procurement department. You will be responsible for mapping existing processes to identify bottlenecks and proposing data-driven improvements for tracking supplier performance. Beyond process mapping, you will actively support the governance frameworks for cleaning and disinfection categories. This includes maintaining Power BI dashboards, analyzing category spend, and ensuring that strategic sustainability fundamentals are integrated into standard contract management and quarterly review meetings.
