This role means supporting the Sustainable Sourcing & Nature Initiatives team as they roll out the Group’s environmental strategy on the ground. You’ll take an active part in launching ambitious pilot projects, including the Water Resilience Labs, while helping the various luxury Houses align their raw-material sourcing with Kering’s sustainability standards.
The goal is to fundamentally reshape how the luxury sector relates to natural ecosystems. Working with frameworks like SBTN and regenerative agriculture, you’ll help turn commitments into concrete action to protect biodiversity and manage water resources sustainably across complex global value chains.
This suits someone from an environmental science or agronomy background, with strong analytical rigor and a genuine drive to contribute to the ecological transition of a global luxury retail leader.
