This newly created role positions you at the heart of SOCFIM’s transformation, where you will orchestrate the firm’s sustainable finance roadmap. You will act as a bridge between technical ESG requirements and commercial operations, structuring innovative green loans and ensuring that sustainability becomes a tangible value proposition for real estate developers and investors. From defining key performance indicators to guiding internal change, you will be the primary architect of the company’s ESG infrastructure.
The real estate sector is currently undergoing a massive environmental pivot, and this role represents a high-impact opportunity to influence how large-scale urban projects are funded. By integrating Net Zero data and green pricing policies into the core banking business, you directly contribute to decarbonizing the French housing and commercial landscape. Your work ensures that financial capital flows toward projects with proven environmental and social benefits.
This suits someone who possesses a strong analytical background in finance or banking and is eager to apply that rigour to sustainability. You should be a proactive communicator who enjoys translating complex regulations into actionable business strategies for diverse internal teams.
