# Responsable HSE & RSE France

As the central pilot for health, safety, and corporate social responsibility, you will oversee performance across eleven national sites, including three manufacturing facilities. Your daily focus involves transforming regulatory requirements into operational excellence while managing a network of local HSE correspondents. You will bridge the gap between industrial safety and high-level corporate reporting, ensuring that every site adheres to the Group's evolving environmental and social standards.

This role is critical because it moves beyond traditional safety compliance to address the heavy-industry carbon challenge through the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) and EcoVadis certification. By integrating **circular economy principles** via eco-taxes and producer responsibility (REP) schemes, you directly influence the sustainability of the construction supply chain. You are the architect of a strategy that proves heavy industry can be both safe and socially responsible.

This suits someone who possesses a solid technical background in industrial risk and the diplomatic skill to influence diverse teams without direct hierarchical authority. You should thrive on combining high-level regulatory strategy with hands-on site audits.
