# Sustainability & Compliance Manager

As the lead for MAAP’s sustainability roadmap, you will steer the brand’s transition toward a circular and low-carbon future. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will own the end-to-end management of supply chain transparency, ensuring every material is traced from raw fiber to finished garment. You will balance technical compliance with high-performance design, driving the implementation of carbon reduction initiatives and circularity programs like repair services and take-back schemes.
