# Senior Manager, Corporate Sustainability

As the foundational sustainability hire at Fluidstack, you will build and own the company’s environmental infrastructure from the ground up. This role is about moving beyond theoretical targets to create a rigorous, auditable system of record for energy, water, and carbon across a massive global compute fleet. You will lead the transition from manual spreadsheets to automated data systems, ensuring that every megawatt of power and liter of water is accounted for against the industry’s most demanding reporting standards.

This position is critical because AI’s expansion is inherently resource-intensive. By joining a hardware-heavy tech scale-up at this stage, you bridge the gap between hyper-growth and environmental accountability. Your work directly determines whether the next generation of global AI infrastructure is built on transparent, high-integrity sustainability data or opaque assumptions, influencing how **frontier compute** impacts our planetary boundaries.
