# ESG Data & Reporting Lead

As the ESG Data & Reporting Lead, you will take ownership of the technical architecture and data strategy required to meet evolving non-financial disclosure demands. Working within the Data and Analytics team, you will bridge the gap between complex regulatory requirements and practical data solutions. Your primary focus involves designing a robust reporting framework, with a heavy emphasis on architecting the systems needed for accurate emissions tracking and regulatory compliance.

This role is pivotal for the firm’s transition toward transparent, science-based reporting. By building the capability to measure **Scope 3 financed emissions**, you directly influence how the firm assesses environmental risk and capital allocation. It is a rare chance to move beyond high-level strategy and implement the actual data pipelines that hold a major financial institution accountable to its climate commitments and global standards like PCAF.
