# Group Sustainability Integration Manager

This role acts as a central engine for sustainability at Adapteo, translating high-level ESG goals into operational reality across the entire organization. You will take the lead on critical projects including the annual sustainability report aligned with ESRS standards and the management of a cross-functional Sustainability Council. Day-to-day, you will be the primary subject matter expert, facilitating knowledge sharing and driving the social value creation model to ensure impact is measured and understood.
